Now and Then, Here and There. I will be graduating soon but have managed to sign up for another study abroad trip. I will be heading to Egypt in two weeks and will be spending 21 days there. This is a faculty lead group so I will be traveling with a group of students as well as two Professors.

Speaking of ISAW, I came to know this succulent dish back when we are always touring the island. My group of friends would assemble early every Saturday morning and would tour aboard our motorcycles. We would visit a friend who is living on another town or city, stay a day or two; frolic along the beaches and just enjoy life.
